2. How Our Service Works

- We match and refer your request to suitable Contractors in our network.
- We facilitate initial contact and information exchange between you and the Contractor.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: HomeCareAndServices is not responsible for the work performed by Contractors. Any agreement for services, including pricing, scheduling, and warranties, is strictly between you and the Contractor. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Contractors.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting service requests.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
- Verify the Contractor's current licensing, insurance, and references before hiring.
- Negotiate all terms of service directly with the Contractor.
- Supervise and evaluate the Contractor's work.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Contractor Independence
Contractors are independent and not employees, agents, or representatives of HomeCareAndServices. We do not control or supervise Contractors and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or the outcome of any services they provide.
